Not anymore. We do plan to expand shipping to Canada as soon as possible, and the rest of the world in the future!
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $79 that qualify for FREE SHIPPING will ship the most economical method (since we're paying for it). For orders under $79, shipping cost is calculated based on weight and your location. Pricing is very reasonable, and pretty much starts around $4 and goes up from there. The heavier the item, the more it costs ;) Vist our Shipping Info page for even more information!
When can I expect to receive my order?
Generally orders are be shipped from two to five business days after the order has been placed. Delivery times vary between 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking information via email.
I received my order, but something is wrong! What can I do?
We really hope nothing goes wrong, but things happen ;) When it does, we will take care of it. Call us at 1-269-488-7700.
I need to make an adjustment to my order. What do I do?
Orders go into processing almost immediately. If you notice an error within 20 minutes after your order is placed, you can call us during normal business hours at 1-269-488-7700 and we will do our best to get it adjusted.
Can I use more than one coupon on an order?
Sorry, only one coupon code can be used per order.
What happens if an item I ordered is found to be out of stock?
We strive to keep the inventory as accurate as possible. In the unfortunate case that an item is out of stock, the item will be refunded and removed from the order.
How do I know my order was received by Oozak?
You will receive a confirmation email right after your order is placed. If you do not receive the automated email, please be sure that your email address is correct and to check any SPAM boxes you may have. We will send you a series of emails after that notifying you of the status of your order.

I received my order, but turns out I don't need an item, what can I do?
We want your purchase to inspire your creativity! If it doesn’t, you can return your item(s) within 60 days. Please follow these instructions:
You must contact us prior to sending a return. We need to give you a special code to put on the package so we know what to do with it when it is received.
We do not accept returns for Markers, Ink, Stamp pads and the like that are not sealed in that shrink plastic stuff. We do this to protect both you and the rest of our customers from merchandise that has been used without our knowledge. There are exceptions, you can always contact us.
Your item must be in the same condtion as received. We cannot accept used or opened products.
We’ll refund for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax via the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Shipping fees are not refunded unless the error was our own.
