We offer both UPS & USPS shipping methods. If your order is below $50, it's your choice (since you're paying for it). Orders over $50 that qualify for FREE SHIPPING will ship the most economical method (since we're paying for it). We use either UPS Ground or USPS Priority/First Class Mail. If you need it faster than normal, Express Shipping is available. We offer GREAT RATES for Express Services and DO NOT up charge!

Generally orders under $200 & under 4 pounds will likely ship via Priority Mail, light weight orders will ship via First-Class Mail. Generally orders over $250 or over 4 pounds will ship via UPS Ground or the optional Express Method you choose.

This gets a little complicated. Obviously we can't offer the same FREE SHIPPING policy to these areas as we do for the Lower 48 States. So...

There are several factors that we use to determine this:

1. If your order is below $200 and below 3 pounds in weight we ship for FREE via USPS Priority Mail.
2. If your order is over $50 and above 3 pounds, we split the difference with you. What that means is we figure out how much it costs us to ship it to California and subtract that amount from the actual shipping cost to you, the remaining amount is what you pay for shipping.
3. If your order is below $50, well, you pay the full shipping amount. We do offer a $3-$4 First-Class mail rate for small orders weighing less than 13oz. So if you just need a couple markers or something, that's the way to go.

The website cannot figure free shipping or the discounted shipping rate to your state, so this is what you have to do:

1. Create a login, pick your products, and proceed through checkout.
2. On the shipping/payment page (final checkout page), select USPS or UPS as the shipping carrier.
3. Pay with either PayPal or credit card.

Prior to shipping your order, we manually adjust the order to reflect the correct shipping amount/free shipping. If you pay via PayPal, we refund the difference through PayPal. If you pay via Credit Card, we adjust the amount prior to charging your card (your card does not get charged when submitted, we first transfer the order in-house and then charge the card).

Insurance is included FREE! You will automatically receive UPS Tracking info from us via email when your product ships! Priority Mail & First-Class Mail do not provide tracking, just delivery confirmation.
